I offer an Assessment Option Program which will introduce you to how to use instruments in your corporate and personal coaching practice.  This is a highly personal program with six hours of one-to-one coaching.  Where ever possible, you will join teleclasses with a maximum of six.  Although offered on an individual basis, learning can significantly be leveraged by experiencing the styles and preferences of others in the group.  

The Assessment Program will last three months.  This includes:

  • 6 hours of individual coaching

  • The Platinum Rule Behavioral Style Assessment  for your personal use

  • Access to 15 hours of Real Audio Training on Assessments

  • Group teleclasses (when available and appropriate)

  • The cost of additional instruments will be purchased separately

At the end of the program you will:

  • enhance self awareness

  • understand the principles of validity and reliability

  • explain the uses, benefits and timing of various instruments

  • increase confidence in "interpreting" and debriefing many different instruments 

  • offer in your own chosen assessment to your clients

  • improve your coaching skills and abilities

  • PIAV (Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values)

  • PCSI (Personal Coaching Styles Inventory)
