My name is Roberta Hill,
MBA, PCC and I have been working
in the area of Human
Resources and Organization Development since 1978. I work as a
professional Mentor & Leadership Coach as well as consult to both public and
private sectors on issues surrounding change and transition.
In addition, I have diverse industry experience including line
management in high tech and financial institutions.
My desire is to be of assistance as others help

Coaching and career development
assignments include:
- Maintains an active client base of approximately
a dozen private clients, half of whom are small independents like
herself and the other middle managers.
- An on-going coach and team member of the CCI
Leadership Institute.

- Certified Teleclass Leader with Corporate
Coach University and Teleclass.com
- Since 1982, counseled over 300 executives,
managers and professional staff from all sectors both private and
public in career development and planning. This includes
conducting in-depth 360o interviews and the profiling
of individual strengths and abilities.
- As a member of the Drake Beam Morin team,
delivered
outplacement training and coaching to all levels of 650
Digital Equipment of Canada employees as a result of the Kanata
plant closure in 1998. Personally coached 45 employees.
- As a member of the EDS Team Canada and Income
Security Program Redesign (1995), facilitated 25 intact working
groups across Canada in developing team process and measurement
skills.
Current professional commitments and interests include:

I have lectured and trained on more than a dozen topics relating to
management and professional development and have over 3,500 classroom
hours experience. In the past, I considered myself to be an
Organization Development Consultant but have made the move to becoming a more seasoned
Leadership Coach Practitioner. I am an associate member of the International
Coaching Federation and have completed the
Corporate
Coach University Program. I do offer teleclasses
and am a Certified Teleclass Leader for Coach Inc.
I am also a licensed practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and True Colors and am trained to conduct Future Search
Conferences.
I sat for two terms as President on the
Board of Directors for the Dispute Resolution Centre for Ottawa-Carleton.
