What is a teleclass?

A Teleclass is a conference call live, interactive training  conducted over the telephone through teleconferencing bridge  systems.. You and between 10-30 other registrants call a  regular phone number in the United States at your class time.

What can I expect?

A trained teleclass leader facilitates each teleclass. The  teleclass leader welcomes each caller and asks their name  and where they are from. Teleclass sessions are usually one  hour long, sometimes discussion-based, and occasionally lecture-based.  Just like a live seminar, students you get to
participate as much, or as little, as you wish.

What do I need to do?

1. Arrive on time - somewhere between one minute before  the hour or two minutes after.
2. Use your phone mute button if you are not speaking.
3. Avoid using speakerphones, cordless phones, cell phones  or free service through the Internet will not usually work. All of these methods cause terrible static and feedback noises.
4. Disengage call waiting before calling into the bridge. This is  usually done by pressing *70 before you dial in.
5. When you speak, use your first name and make your comments.

4828. Making a Fantastic First Impression: The Power of Positive Body Language

While working with others to improve how they come across in job interviews, presentations and networking situations, I have been able to synthesize the secrets to success in increasing confidence and making a great first impression. We will discuss these four keys and show you how to come across with a great entrance, enthusiasm, an engaging manner and positive energy. Bring your questions about meeting others for the first time and let's find out how we can make what works for others work for you.
